The “SysDev Blackbox Agent” is a cross-platform daemon written in Rust, designed to collect and transmit system-level telemetry and audit data across Linux, macOS, and Windows.
It features a plugin-based architecture, with modules for process tracking, resource usage, access logging, and anomaly detection. Each module can be enabled via TOML configuration. Data can be streamed to Kafka, InfluxDB, or via secure webhooks. The agent uses local persistent queues to prevent data loss during network outages, ensuring reliability even in degraded conditions.
